Introducing the First Worldwide Leadership-in-Coaching TeleSummit with a special focus on Emerging Trends and Markets

If you've been in the coaching world for any length of time, you've no doubt heard of this thing called a 'TeleSummit' which is a virtual method of delivering a professional conference. Before you say 'Oh no, not another TeleSummit" let me offer that we think of this as shorthand for a global virtual meeting of minds. The virtual telephone format has a wealth of benefits, but the most important ones at this moment are:

In other words, if you have a telephone or a way to listen to audio recordings either via MP3 file or physical CD, you can benefit from the collective wisdom of 12 presenters from countries around the globe, in a format not unlike a fast-track MBA program from a cutting-edge university.

It's Time to Find the Answer to Those Nagging Questions:
"How Am I Tangibly Different From Other Coaches?" and "Why Would Someone Hire Me, Versus Someone Else?"

More on the format of what you receive as an attendee of the virtual meetings in a moment, but first...would you like to find out what the 12 emerging trends and markets are? Let's let them speak for themselves a little, shall we?

Specializing and finding a specific way of reaching your perfect clients isn't so easy for many of us. But I assure you the twelve presenters we're incredibly blessed to have, represent leaders in their specialties and what's more, they are premiere teachers of their own craft. Without the ability to transmit wisdom to you, their personal success, as terrific it may be, would be of little use to you. And may I say that we feel extraordinarily blessed to have their participation.

As a result of attending the Leadership-in-Coaching TeleSummit, you'll not only learn ABOUT the market specialties in question and the emerging trends impacting those, you'll also have a truly unique opportunity to attain mastery in areas new to your own personal growth. Because let's face it, you are a whole person - just like your clients - who wants to get out of debt, achieve affluence and wealth, enjoy loving relationships, and understand the greater meaning of life.

We have put together a far-reaching, value-packed agenda to help you achieve greatness with your clients, both old and new.

Your part is to take a few deep breaths, relax into an open mind that will painlessly soak in the real-life wisdom, experience, skillsets, mindsets and energy of this 15+ hour production. Our goal is to give you the energy - not just facts and to-do items, but the sustainable energy to design a leadership path in coaching for yourself.

Here Are the 12 Most Significant Trends
and Markets Emerging Right Now - don't get left behind!

There are a couple items below that may seem familiar, but read closely, there are microtrends* impacting each that are specific to this moment in time, and that make it possible to make your coaching interactions significantly more current.

Do read closely, won't you?

Emerging Area #1: Getting Out Of Debt

Coach Marla Bollak's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Ultimately it's not really about
the money."

"Bad credit doesn't mean you're a bad person..."

"Helping clients get out of debt helps them reclaim their dignity and sleep at night."

"Without this out-of-debt conversation as foundation, many other coaching topics aren't even accessible."

For better or worse, chances are ALL of your clients are concerned about money in some way, at some point in their coaching relationship with you. Whether you're actively covering this topic with clients or not, you know in your coach's heart that financial stress both affects and mirrors all other facets of a person’s life. So you may as well bring the topic out into the open, right?

Our presenter in this first segment of the TeleSummit, Marla Bollak, calls herself a Credit Coach, and reveals that even our wealthiest of clients can run into debt issues. How equipped are you as a coach to help all clients recognize the impact of debt in their lives and elicit their best? And of course, how might debt be affecting you as a coach? How can you lead in this area?

Done right, this can be a recession-proof specialty that leads naturally to deeper coaching on other issues once the very intimate arena of debt-busting has been broached.

Marla's one-hour presentation entitled 'The 7 Deadly Sins that Money Can Buy' will also cover timely information concerning what's going on with the tremendous rise in bankruptcies, foreclosures and bad debts. How - specifically - does financial stress impact other areas of a client's life? How can coaching breakthroughs occur by comparing behavior in the financial arena to other areas of life? And finally how can support clients who feel victimized by the system.

Could Money Coaching of this kind be the emerging area you choose to lead in next? Click here for registration options and secure your seat in the TeleSummit now.

Marla Bollak began cultivating her skills in the credit industry as a Loan Officer, helping people qualify for better mortgages. Looking for ways to help those who were not engaged in the mortgage process, Marla founded CreditCoach4U in 2006 to help people take control of their credit lives.

Emerging Area #2: Future Leaders and Executives

Coach Bea Field's Leading-Edge Insights:

"With the right support, Generation Y leaders - the generation between the ages of 18 and 30 - can achieve career and personal success while inspiring older leaders."

"Raised on praise and technology, these Future Leaders are savvier and more confident than any other generation."

"Coaching and working with Gen Y requires you to know what turns them on and off, how to retain their commitment and drive, and how to cultivate their natural entrepreneurialism."

When coaching younger clients, are you using the same approaches and mindset as you employ with older generations? Whether you choose Gen Y leaders as a focused niche or just on a case-by-case basis when younger clients find their way to you, there is a very special context required to be effective.

Bea's presentation, entitled "Leading at the Speed of Y: Strategies for Developing the Generation Y Careerist to Create a Strong Workforce for the Future" will explore Generation Y's talents, values and points of attraction, most of which are entirely foreign to many seasoned leaders (i.e. Traditionalists, Baby Boomers and Generation X.)

If you are a current Executive Coach or aspire to be one, take special note: your NON Gen Y clients will value your expertise in this area greatly - if you equip yourself with it. Traditional leaders often don't know what they don't know about this new generation, and they need your help.

Join us to gain access to cutting edge strategies on how to achieve greater levels of business success by learning how lead Gen Y into the future.

Bea Fields is an Executive Coach, Founder of Five Star Leader Coaching and Training and co-author of the ground-breaking new book, Millennial Leaders: Success Stories From Today's Most Brilliant Generation Y Leaders and Edge: A Leadership Story.

In addition to being the proud parent of two future leaders already living out their promise, Bea holds a PCC designation from the ICF, the Guerrilla Marketing coach certification and was the 2006 recipient of the Thomas Leonard Award for exceptional mastery in executive coaching.

Emerging Area #3: Coaching the Wealthy
and Affluent
Ruth Ann HarnischCoach Ruth Ann Harnisch's Leading-Edge Insights:

"What's rich? Barron's says $25 million is only entry-level rich, and to be really rich you need half a billion dollars. If you just made a noise, a face, or a judgment, you're not ready to coach the rich."

"When people say, 'Well, for you, money is no object,' I laugh. Of COURSE money is an object for wealthy people! How do you think most of them got that way?"

"Whoever says 'Money can't buy happiness' just doesn't know what to spend it on."

It's become a popular refrain: in order to recession-proof or increase the profit margins in your business, get yourself some wealthy clients. Regardless of whether the client has achieved wealth over time or is one of the suddenly wealthy, coaches who want to tap into this market have three main obstacles to overcome: their own personal judgment, jealousy and the inability to comprehend the client's world.

In this very special presentation with coaching's leading philanthropist, Coach Ruth Ann will share much-needed insight into the mindset of a wealthy client - what does a wealthy client seek in a thought partner? What are some of the common desires and goals they will bring to their coaching? What does money *mean* to a wealthy person, in fact? And finally, what are the biggest fears a wealthy person carries around?

Speaking of fears, one of the first for a coach considering this market is 'Am I good enough?' For starters, it's essential for you to have your own money act together. Do you? We'll ask Ruth Ann to tell us more about what a healthy perspective on money means and first steps towards achieving it.

Last but not least, we aim to squeeze in a question about Ruth Ann's philosophy on the thrill of giving, and the notion that by giving, you get - how thrilled was she to give a million dollars?

Ready to reserve your seat and hear this milestone of a presentation? Even if you never coach a wealthy client, this is sure to be a super vitamin (or kick in the pants) for your own money mindset. Click here to register now.

Ruth Ann Harnisch is President of The Harnisch Family Foundation, founder of Thrillionaires and a philanthropist with a particular interest in funding that supports the coaching world. She once gave $1,000,000 to her favorite not-for-profit organization, and that gave her a taste for betting big on a good idea.

Ruth Ann is the visionary behind The Coaching Commons (an independent, apolitical think tank) and The Gift of Coaching, a matching registry website that will make pro-bono coaching accessible globally (to be launched in 2008). She is a founding funder of The Coach Approach and The Coach Initiative.

Ruth Ann is also "recovering journalist." She spent three decades in media work, including Emmy-nominated television reporting and anchoring at the CBS-TV affiliate in Nashville, TN and 17 years as a columnist for the Nashville Banner before becoming a fulltime philanthropist.
Emerging Area #4: Coaching With The Law
of Attraction

Coach Terri Levine's Leadership Insights:

"Coaches must be super niche specific. No ifs, ands or buts."

"The Law of Attraction niche is riper than RIPE right now AND an easy one to coach, profit from, and fun to be part of."

"The first steps are to live the laws of the universe yourself."

Although every client can benefit from the expertise Terri will share, there is a growing segment of the population seeking support on the specific topic of 'Attraction.' For the first time in the coaching arena, a Master Coach will tackle how to make this your niche.

Entitled The 'Secret' Coaching Niche Made Public, Terri will reveal what the niche is, how to attract it credibly, and how to build a business that sustains you. Are you attracted, yet confused, by the rapid popular growth of this emergent area? Terri will clarify. And she will also leave time to share her take on the elements of Law of Attraction that are holding coaches back - why aren't you ALREADY as abundant as you think you'd like? And how can you overcome that?

If you want to take Law of Attraction from 'woo-woo' concept to a practical and useable one that can shift your clients, this presentation is for you.

Emerging Area #5: Coaching Hollywood Insiders

Coach David Brownstein's Leading-Edge Insights:

"By Coaching Hollywood, we can change the world on a massive scale, one blockbuster at a time."

"Hollywood Insiders are just like us, they just have access and power to reach others on a scale unlike us."

"It will take staying power to form a beachhead into this market, and it is critical that we do so."

Don't all of us have questions about Hollywood and how it works? Even if you don't coach Hollywood Insiders directly, it's important to respect how much Hollywood shapes our lives, including the lives of our clients. Even if you don't have a client who is trying out for a reality-television show or waiting tables in Los Angeles, you may coach writers, photographers, or other professionals who worship or hate the Hollywood machine. This landmark presentation from Coach Brownstein will give much-needed first-hand insight into:

How coaches can assist creative, intelligent, forward thinking professionals once they get "trapped" inside the Hollywood Machine. How great new ideas survive the development process. How people in the entertainment business handle conflict and disagreements. Why Hollywood seems to tolerate "screamers" and "scammers." Who are the mentors and leaders of Hollywood's Future? How does anything good every get made or seen? What are the biggest challenges for writers, producers, directors and executives in Hollywood? Is there any job security in Hollywood and how does it effect people's lives and careers? What are the most important leadership skills that Hollywood Insiders need to learn? What motivates people to put up with an industry so full of challenges and uncertainty?

You will also hear David comment on when he feels Hollywood will really discover coaching (for themselves) and when to expect to see coaching represented well on film or TV. Are Hollywood Companies using coaches to develop leaders or to deal with problem employees? What are the challenges of coaching inside Hollywood?

DAVID BROWNSTEIN, PCC, CPCC, is the president and founder of Hollywood Coaching and The Leadership Studio which provide career coaching, executive coaching and custom leadership training for the entertainment industry and other creative businesses.

David is the creator and popular presenter of “The Cosmic Mission Of Hollywood: How To Stay Inspired and Productive in The Industry That Rocks The World" "War and Peace in the Writer's Room," and “A Course In Hollywood Miracles.

Emerging Area #6: Coaching a Specific
Industry Segment

Coach David Frey's Leading-Edge Insights:

"I'm 'the' direct marketing expert in the hot tub retail and pool construction industry and I use the EXACT same marketing methods to help business owners sell hot tubs and pools as I used in many other industries...

David is walking, talking proof you can build a business - with coaching services or without - by going deep into almost any specific industry segment. Although he is widely-recognized as a leader in marketing best practices, we asked him if, on the occasion of this meeting-of-minds, we could quiz him on something other than marketing (stuff that isn't already available elsewhere.)

Here's what he agreed to answer:

How and why did he select the Hot Tub Retail and Pool Construction Industry as a focus for that particular business? How did things unfold? Was it difficult? How long did it take to reach some modicum of success? What would be the criteria he'd use to select a new lucrative industry segment if he were to do so again? Where in the process of building a business in an industry does he see coaching fitting? When is it best to introduce it, versus information products, workshops, bootcamps, etc.? What can he share with us about the buying habits of his customers in the Hot Tub/Pool world? Now that he's so successful and has such a passion for his non-work areas of life, David no longer offers his time 1-on-1 hardly at all. What steps did he take to make this possible, so coaches who want to follow his footsteps have an idea of an exit strategy too?

We are also looking forward to David's insights into whether industry-specific clients readily buy coaching or do they still need educating? What are the bigger picture leadership benefits of going deep into a specific niche; in other words, as objectively as possible, what changes in the fabric of the Hot Tub/Pool world has he witnessed in the years since he's been coaching into it?

And finally, because his specialty is after all, marketing best practices, we'll ask David to tell us the four new marketing trends he sees in coaching that lead to passive residual income and the first steps to implement them, including specific resources regardless of industry segment.

David Frey is the President of Marketing Best Practices and the author of several best selling marketing books on the Internet; The Small Business Marketing Bible, Coaches and Consultants Marketing Bootcamp; Instant Referral System and TV Ad Secrets.

He sends out a weekly Marketing Newsletter to over 50,000 small business owners in over 43 different countries around the world.

Emerging Area #7: Marketing-Focused Coaching for Entrepreneurs

Coach Robert Middleton's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Many coaches want to take their coaching to the next level. For many this means offering Marketing Coaching ."

"If you already coach business people, you know that one of their top issues is attracting more clients. But to do this effectively, you need specific marketing knowledge and skills"

There are hundreds of thousands of small business and Independent Professionals in the U.S. and around the world. Almost all of them need some kind of assistance with their marketing. If you are primarily a coach, you can support your clients in getting clear about their direction and implementing action steps, but to market a business successfully, your client must understand proven marketing strategies and techniques. Information, coaching and consulting on marketing are in high demand. Plus professional organizations, chambers of commerce and other business groups are looking for speakers on the topic of marketing. The income potential for a marketing coach is $200 K or more.

In Robert's presentation you'll discover:

  • What information and skills you really need to be an effective marketing coach.
  • How to "play the game of marketing" so that you can win clients consistently.
  • How to "speak the language of marketing" so that you communicate the value of your services with real power.
  • How you can "walk your talk" as a marketing coach and attract all the business you need.
  • How to get trained as a marketing coach. What you should look for and what you should avoid.
  • How well you can do financially as a marketing coach.

If you are already coaching entrepreneurs and other business people, you might want to consider adding marketing coaching to your repertoire of skills. This is a professional service that is in great demand, as almost everyone needs assistance with attracting more clients. In this presentation, Robert, who has been a marketing coach for 24 years, will share what opportunities are possible in this field.

As you can see, each and every presentation holds the potential to assist you in your pursuit of excellence.  If you're ready to register, you can click here:

He also publishes the More Clients eZine which goes out to about 50,000 people every week. Based on his success over more than 2 decades, Robert is now also training and certifying marketing coaches who use his marketing methodologies with their clients.

Emerging Area #8: Coaching Political Leaders

Coach Donna Karlin's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Shadow Coaching - where the coach is present physically to observe the client throughout the day - is coaching on steroids."

Don't let anyone tell you there's a vacuum of leadership in the coaching world.  If the coaches on the rest of the page haven't convinced you, Coach Donna Karlin's work will put your doubt to rest.  Forging the way in the political landscape, Donna brings us a rare look into what it takes and what it's like to support senior political leaders working on a worldwide stage.

In this presentation, we will ask Donna for her favorite laser coaching questions (she often only has seconds to intervene and ask a client for reflection), her best methods of sustaining a long-term relationship with a busy leader (especially when she may emerge 'from the shadows' only in the elevator ride between meetings) and most of all, the requirements to begin coaching this market.  What are the prerequisites and complications of coaching within government structures?  What are the things to avoid?

In addition, as a rare informal treat, Donna has agreed to share her own path to visible leadership, what she feels are the essential behaviors of a coach in search of their own leadership, and more.  Last but not least, we'll leave time to discuss the process of Shadow Coaching itself - and how you might apply it to clients in your own business.

Donna Karlin CEC, founder of A Better Perspective™ has pioneered the specialized practice of Shadow Coaching with global political and senior organizational leaders in the public and private sectors.

Donna is an author, lectures internationally, is a key player of the Microsoft™ ‘Vision Team’; a small team of independent visionaries who provide insight into technology, business and workplace issues and trends. She is involved in numerous professional organizations including a member of the Board of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO), the International Coach Federation, Canadian Society for Training and Development, a member of the Board of Governors of the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and writes a weekly column for Fast Company called “Jumping Into the Deep End of Leadership

Her blog is subscribed to by readers from 123 countries and territories.

Emerging Area #9: Coaching Parents of Teenagers

Coach Sarah Newton's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Just because they're a teenager, doesn't mean they have to hate you."

"It's more than possible to look forward to and enjoy the teenager years."

"As a species, human beings are having fewer children overall - shouldn't we be paying closer to the ones we have, especially during their pivotal teenage years?"

Like many coaches, you likely have clients who are living with or close to teenagers. Instead of relegating that element of their lives to the 'so what?' corner, add value as a coach by becoming equipped to support this element of their lives. Are you comfortable with the most common issues facing parents and teens? Can you fully empathize with the frustration, stress and sheer exhaustion that comes with teenage territory? What if you could provide tools, resources and even systems to help clients nurture a fantastic teen-parent bond?

Often, parents of teens may feel successful in all ways EXCEPT in their relationships with their adolescent teens. As the most challenging aspect of their lives, this is often the most fertile area for personal development for the parents. This growth in turn can catapult the client to even greater levels of success and fulfillment in work, physical health, etc.

Of course, the next generation also gives us the opportunity to access trends and technology. We look forward to Sarah shining the light on things we don't know we don't know, including microtrends in the teenage world.

Sarah Newton has dedicated the last ten years of her life to helping teenagers and their parents address the issues they face. Her interest in helping teens and their parents began in the Metropolitan Police Force where she witnessed first hand the harsh realities of life, and the point to which teenagers can be driven because they feel alone and isolated.

Sarah’s first book "Help! My Teenager is an Alien - the everyday situation guide for parents" has only solidified her position as Rebel with a Cause within the teen advocacy/parent confidant world. As host of her own eight part TV series 'My Teen's a nightmare - I'm Moving Out' Sarah continues to be watched by 1 in 4 of the UK population.

Emerging Area #10: Coaching Towards
Love Relationships

Coach Susan Campbell's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Trying to look good and appear in control is out. Being transparent is in."

"Protecting others from our feelings is out. Honest, experience-based feedback is in."

"Worrying about what others will think of you is out. Caring about others is in."

"If your clients are unlucky in love, they need coaching to add more truthfulness to their dating."

With the surge of relationships being formed on the Internet, dating occurring via Instant Message chats, and pre-first-date 'resume checks' now possible via Facebook and other social networking sites, truth in relationships is becoming more of a radical idea than ever.

What's new in the area of relationship coaching? How can coaching help shape the new landscape of relationships both new and established? Hasn't it become easier to cheat on your spouse than ever before, also due to technology? In this presentation, we'll quiz Coach Susan Campbell about what she's observing in the relationship market.

Plus, she will share some essential truths for authentic relationships, including what Clients really need from a relationship coach, and let's face it, we are ALL relationship coaches whether it says that on our business card or not. Susan's coaching approach towards love relationships also applies towards business relationships, so don't rule this one out if you're a corporate or business coaching-type.

In fact, go back up to Susan's leading-edge insights in bold, by her photo, above. Could these statements about relationships also describe the behavior of political leaders in the U.S. and elsewhere, right now?

Psychologist Susan Campbell has worked as a corporate trainer and relationship coach for over 40 years. A former professor at the University of Massachusetts, she is author of nine books on the topic of relationships and human communication, including her best-selling, Getting Real, and Truth in Dating. She has also published 5 interactive card games.

Susan's work has been featured in many popular magazines including New Woman, Psychology Today, Self, Harvard Business Review, Seventeen, Men's Health, New Age, Fast Company, and Yoga Journal. She's appeared on the TV talk shows Dr Dean Edell, CNN's Newsnight, Good Morning America, and People Are Talking. In her spare time, she trains coaches to use the 10 truth skills with clients.

Emerging Area #11: Career Coaching

Coach Deborah Brown-Volkman's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Unlike other specialties, it can be easy and straightforward to become a successful career coach."

"Career coaching has emerged as the ultimate perennial of coaching markets - solid, simple and reliable to execute well, from start to finish."

"Now that people are retiring late or note retiring at all, career management is happening over more decades of a person's life than ever before - that means more coaching for you to do!"

With all the choices out there, is there nothing that's straight-forward and connect-the-dots? If there is, it's career coaching, especially the way veteran career coach Deborah Brown-Volkman sees it, walks it and teaches it. She methodically stays at the front edge of this fluid field. The only question is: is it right for you as an addition to, or start of, your coaching business?

Find out what it takes to get into, stay, and make money in this specialty. Specifically you will find out the up’s and down’s of being a career coach. The type of fees you can charge. Various ways you can structure your practice and make money. Things to avoid. What strengths do you need? When exactly someone will sign on the dotted line to hire a career coach? And more.

Also in our time with Deborah, we will ask her to comment on emerging trends in the career world, from extra-long commuters, new career opportunities in the 'third' sector - philanthropy, and even the stubborn growth of home-business owners and their inherent challenges. Find out from an experienced and veteran career coach what it takes to get into, stay, and make money in this specialty.

It's been 10 years since Deborah founded Surpass your Dreams a successful career, life and mentor coaching company in Long Island, New York. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Deborah has been the featured career expert for CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business 2.0 and many more. She is also the author of four books and online programs, including Coach Yourself To A New Career (A Guide For Discovering Your Ultimate Profession) and How To Feel Great At Work Every Day (Six Steps For Creating A High-Energy Success Plan For Your Career).

Deborah's incredible range of happy client testimonials point to what is perhaps her most remarkable ability: achieving results that last, and quickly.

Emerging Area #12: Coaching Baby Boomers through Later Life Transition

Coach Howard Stone's Leading-Edge Insights:

"Instead of getting into depressions, with a big-time loss of identity, we have the opportunity to wake people up to the advantages of aging."

"Later Life isn't a consolation prize."

Whether you enjoy golf, live in Florida or Vancouver Island, or in some other way are well-networked within the Baby Boomer worlds, this presentation 'Boomers and Beyond: How Big Will the Coaching Opportunity Be?' will be of interest.

In it, Howard will address how your clients can replace the past limiting myths of aging with confidence, optimism and creativity, how to support your clients to craft a balanced portfolio of life options. And, he will pull no punches in telling exactly how to attract Boomers & Beyond to your practice, including affiliations, collaborations and partnerships that can leapfrog your success. In case you haven't ascertained this yet, Howard takes a strong stance against the entire concept of retirement - something meaningful in this market.

In fact, in a vote of confidence like no other, we are thrilled that several of the presenters themselves have told us they're keenly anticipating the presentations of their colleagues. This means we have unsolicited commitments from presenters who want to attend the segments - proof positive that a true leader never stops learning!

If this mutual respect among our group of presenters doesn't assure you of the quality, caliber and relevance of each topic, probably nothing will.

Here are a few of the best reasons to make sure you
don't miss
the Leadership in Coaching TeleSummit:

In other words, there are a lot of great reasons to attend, with the above being only a few. Especially when you consider the physical CDs and transcripts that come with one of the registration options, you can begin to understand the opportunity you have to benefit long term from this leadership experience.

Even if you think only a couple of the 12 presentations are immediately useful to you, the cost of registration is relatively low, close to 15% of the cost of an in-person conference in our industry. In the past, how much money have you spent on just one presentation you felt would help you be a better coach and business owner? Thought of the number? Great. Now click here to see the payment options for TWELVE presenters.

So the Question Becomes: Are There Any Good Reasons
Why You Wouldn't Want to Attend the TeleSummit?

Potential Reason #1: Information Overload.

This is in fact an excellent reason NOT to attend: if you are already feeling overwhelmed and at risk of being paralyzed by too many things to do, tough decisions to make and a pressure on you to be successful.

The feeling of having too much information can be a terribly suffocating one, and one which we can all empathize with. But here's the thing, participating in this event will only make your information overload worse if... you treat it as an information gathering exercise.

Although there will certainly be information provided in the presentations - top caliber information - the presentations are actually best experienced as, well, experiences. The experience of standing in the shoes of 12 different kinds of clients. The experience of understanding how it feels to be a person with concerns you've never had. The experience of hearing what success sounds like in the voice of each presenter.

Each of these experiences, and more, will be more powerful than any single fact or piece of information you may try to cram into your brain. The energy of these experiences will, if you participate with an open, loose mind, allow you to bypass your already-full information bucket.

Can you participate with a mind that's not trying to control information, a mind that can relax and experience? Think carefully for a moment please, as we're asking you for a commitment here. If you said yes, please go ahead and register for one of the affordable options below.

If not, we definitely don't want to add to anyone's information overload, and we wish you very well.

Potential Reason #2: You're already successful.

If you're already successful, you may feel that you don't need to attend. And, strictly speaking, that would be true since you're financially successful, lead a balanced life and just generally 'got it going on.'

So here's the thing: business owners who've cracked the success formula are the ones most likely to succeed at their next business. Could it be that you're ready to consider what's next? Bring your talent and acumen to another market? Why not, when you already know what it takes, right?

Or maybe that scary feeling of being 'bored' or 'been there done that' is in your head when you hit the office? Fresh thinking is the best cure for boredom and complacency! Attend the event even if you're successful if you want exposure to other successful coaches who continue to forge new paths. We're talking coaches who've built careers over 10, 20 and even more than 30 years -- how have they stayed fresh and how are they stretching themselves? Come find out.

Potential Reason #3: You're new.

If you're fairly new to the coaching arena, some of this material may seem advanced, and you may be wondering if this is the right time for you to attend something like this. You might not yet be sure coaching is really for you!

Once again, this is a very valid reason not to attend - your feelings are valid after all. But we'd like to suggest it's the exact opposite. When you're new, you have a clean slate. You have the chance to start slowly, step by step, or leap forward, not knowing how things are 'supposed' to go.

Would it surprise you to hear that many coaches struggle when they first start? We wouldn't want you to dwell on that, because we don't think struggle is necessary. You can skip the struggle. And the way to do that is to do the unorthodox. Don't let the 'average coach's' experience dictate yours. Each of the presenters is an Olympian in their area. You can follow their lead or not.

Plus, we are of the believe that there is no such thing as a stupid answer, and tend to go out of our way to honor the beginner's mind. So you'll be most warmly welcome. You won't be made to feel stupid. Your questions will probably help all of us. And you'll get an education you can't get anywhere else, not coach training school, not by working with a mentor coach, no where else.

The rest is up to you! Keep reading or click the register button to cut to the chase and register.

Deciding to Become a Leader who understands the Big and
Small Trends in Emerging Markets Will Set You Apart...

Let's face it, our clients don't come to us in parts. They are whole people who call upon our support for their whole lives. Whether we're aware of it or not, there are new currents in society that are impacting them that we need to keep abreast of.

Inspired by the book Microtrends by Mark J. Penn and E. Kinney Zalesne, the Leadership in Coaching TeleSummit will highlight the Microtrends that are impacting each market, and ask each presenter to give us their experience with each. In this way, you'll be able to step into the conversation in the mind of your client naturally and easily.

As an added gift to the first 15 coaches to register for package #2 or #3, we will ship a hardback copy of Microtrends to your address.

Register now so you can have time to review it before the virtual meetings start!

For those of you who've missed out, of course you can always order your own copy as it will be well worth it. Here are just a few emerging trends to whet your appetite, and perhaps keep you thinking while you wait for your copy to arrive:

What about these seemingly innocuous shifts in society:

The leadership opportunities abound, and societal changes are just making things more exciting. Where are you in the flow of all this?

Hang on!! We have just one more very special guest, making a rare appearance outside her own high-powered coaching events:

Milana Leshinsky - author of Coaching Millions and founder of the original Coaching Mastery TeleSummit and the annual blockbuster ACCPOW TeleSummit which sold out three years in a row until she moved on to other big things - will present on the potentially incendiary topic:

"Beyond Coaching: How to Build a Real Business in 6 Simple Steps."

As someone who has had a powerful influence on the coaching arena, it is our special pleasure to have Milana join us with her pragmatic business-building topic.

In this hour, she will give us her most up-to-the-minute answers to the questions below, giving us the ultimate in big-picture observations from a master business coach, one with many years of experience working with thousands of coaches to boot. We'll ask Milana:

  • What are you observing in successful coaching business owners today?
  • What is the one biggest mistake you think they make?
  • What are a couple of the biggest opportunities that are here or coming for coaches?
  • What do you see as emerging trends for coaching businesses?
  • Where do you see the future of coaching heading?

Though it seems unbelievable in the part-time hours she works in her business, Milana offers many tools and information products to help coaches and other professionals automate and accelerate their business. They include CoachingLab.com, the first marketplace for coaches; AssessmentGenerator.com, a lead generating system that allows users to publish self-assessments, quizzes and client forms on their web sites; and GroupCoachingManager.com, a web-based program for facilitating group coaching programs.

The Leadership in Coaching TeleSummit would not be complete with Milana and we hope you'll join us to hear her latest thoughts, available only at this event.

Your Time and Energy Are Precious, So We've Taken Extra
Care To Make This A Rich, Rewarding and Enjoyable Experience

Lest we forget, you'll be in good hands with Jo Romano and Andrea Lee as your hosts and moderators...

Josephine (Jo) Romano is a highly eclectic, diverse and experienced coach. She is a life coach to attorneys, parent and adoption coach. She has over 35 years of experience in the corporate world with management, training and consulting.

Jo says: "I admit it! I am eclectic! I have lots of interests, skills, and talents and an unshakable enthusiasm for success in life. My purpose is to love. To love is to serve others."

As you can tell, the Leadership in Coaching TeleSummit has been a perfect labor of love for Jo for many reasons.

Andrea J. Lee first came to coaching as Thomas Leonard's General Manager, and after his passing in 2003 published Multiple Streams of Coaching Income in memory of her work there. She coined the term Pink Spoon Marketing, a precursor to the current popular marketing thinking around 'Free is good.'

Her coaching and consulting is in high demand from business owners of all stripes largely, she thinks, because of her emphasis on making money AND meaning in a sustainable way. More recently, she feels tremendously blessed to have been invited to join the team at The Harnisch Foundation, the leader in coaching philanthropy and, later this year, begin facelifting the ThomasLeonard.com website with Dave Buck.

Andrea says: "Life is never dull and the Leadership in Coaching TeleSummit won't be either!"

Not Sure About How the Virtual format Works?
No problem, Here Are Answers to the Five
Most Frequently-Asked Questions

If you've attended a virtual event before, you'll already know how it all works, but if this is your first time, not to worry, here are the things to know:

1. Where will this event be held?

The entire TeleSummit is held over on the telephone using conference call technology. You'll be able to attend from anywhere in the world by dialing a phone number we'll provide after you've registered. When you dial this number you'll be on a special bridgeline which allows hundreds of participants to be on the line at the same time to hear the presentation. Just like when you make a long-distance phone call, your regular long-distance charges will apply.

2. How long is the event?

The Leadership-in-Coaching TeleSummit will take place over 5 weekdays starting May 19th and runs between 1:00 pm and 3:45 pm EST (New York time).

Because of the demanding schedules of some of presenters, and because coaches will participate in the event from around the world, we will also have several evening calls between 7:00 and 8:00 pm EST (New York Time). All calls will be recorded so you can listen to any you have to miss or want to repeat, as many times as you like!

3. What if I can't attend all the presentations?

Each call will be recorded and downloadable MP3 and streaming formats posted online for participants within 48 hours. You can also get physical CD copies of all presentations by purchasing package #2 or #3. This way you'll have them forever and can listen in your car or during workouts.

4. What if I have questions for the presenters?

Leadership is in all of us, presenters, hosts and participants. If you have questions before, during or after any presentation, you can send them to us via e-mail and we'll ask as many of them as possible during the calls. If we can't get to your question, we'll forward it to the presenter after the call.

5. What if I don't like the presentations, can I get my money back?

As a matter of fact the answer is "yes," we guarantee to deliver everything promised in this letter - our goal is in fact to surpass your expectations, so we are extremely comfortable standing behind our word.

"Yes, there is a money-back guarantee."

If, at the end of Tuesday, almost half way through the entire event, you aren't excited, inspired and engaged by new possibilities for your leadership in coaching OR if you haven't learned at least one new emerging trend that will directly impact the value you bring to clients, walk away from the rest of the event and we will give you a 100% refund.

As simple as that. Just email us as the support email you'll receive upon registration and thy will, will be done.

And, if you attend the entire event, or listen to all the calls by recording or CD, and within 6 months of that you are unsatisfied for any reason, the same goes. Why this bold double guarantee? We appreciate that purchasing things on the internet can be a dubious business, and although most coaches who register for the TeleSummit will likely have heard of one or more of the presenters or hosts, it takes trust to purchase something without looking a person in the eyeballs, like in a department store.

So to mitigate any anxiety and keep stress levels low for everyone, we think it's worth backing up our work with two guarantees.

Last But Not Least, If this was an In-Person Conference,
You'd Get a Conference Goodie Bag Like the One Here:

But since this is a virtual conference, we'll have the use our imaginations. The good news? We're still giving away a great selection of first-rate goodies which you'll have access to after you've completed your registration.

Now, you may be the rare person who finds every goodie equally fun and useful. But it may be that you only find one item useful. So remember before diving into the goodies that YOU have the power of choice here - YOU get to choose what you will digest and use. Our only suggestion is that prior to the TeleSummit starting May 19, you may want to book a one-hour appointment to get started with actually absorbing the items of most value to you. Sound good?

Here are just a few highlights from the goodie package:

Presenter Deborah Brown-Volkman has gifted each TeleSummit attendee with a copy of her 12-hour teleseminar series entitled "What To Say When" designed for people who are having career challenges. As a coach, you will learn the specific areas in which your clients may be having difficulty getting what they want. Use these scenarios to challenge yourself - would you know how to coach a person who was asking for a raise? What about managing a serious conflict with a co-worker? These downloadable teleseminars come will notes to further aid you in your work. Thanks for the goodie, Deborah!

Presenter Howard Stone has gifted each TeleSummit attendee with an individual transition coaching session. Now that's a lot of sessions, but Howard's sure of his gift, so there you are. Remember, Howard's particular talent is helping clients navigate transition, so if you're not going through one right now, but want to re-gift this session to someone who is, Howard welcomes that too. Great gift, thanks, Howard!

Presenter David Frey presents each attendee with a copy of his 40-minute audio program "How to Get All the Referrals You Can Handle." In this pointed audio recording David clearly outlines a process you can use for your own business, or, indirectly, to support your business-building clients. In David's experience, referrals are one of the best tools a coach can use to generate new clients because we are so good at building trust and rapport. Thank you David.

And finally, at least for now, presenter Marla Bollak has gifted attendees with a most valuable gift - a seat in her live 4-week program on "Credit Reporting Fundamentals." Marla says this class is for people who want to maximize their credit scores, dispute credit report information and even getting credit isues resolved. The program starts in July, so there's plenty of time for you to make arrangements. Thanks Marla, for your genuinely useful gift.

There are a LOT more goodies in your TeleSummit Goodie Bag, So Register Now Instead of Waiting and Having to Remember Later.

It Isn't Too Good To Be True - Just this Once,
What You See Really Is What You Get

If you've read this far, you may in fact be scratching your head. All of the above, even at the highest-priced registration option still only comes to $18.23 per presenter. It's a little ridiculous when you do the math that way, isn't it?

Regardless of that small number, we hope the evidence speaks for itself. There is immense value in each of these presentations. We have to say it one last time because our presenters deserve it! Also because there is no catch. We've all been around the industry for many years, and it would take a really foolish person to NOT deliver on their promises to you after investing so much in building our credibility.

It's a good thing to remember for when you're out delivering a speech, or writing an article, or something else in your market...consistently exceed expectations over the long haul and you will become trusted.

Thank you for your trust in us. Remember, it's like Rumi said:

"You wander around from room to room looking for the diamond necklace that's already around your neck."

There is leadership all around and inside each one of us, like diamonds around our necks. We just need to see it, believe it, and do something with it.

Yours in Leadership,

Jo Romano Andrea Lee
